I am not a professional baker, but baking has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was taught by my mum and my grandmother, and I’ve been baking since I was 5!
Over the years, I’ve collected so many recipes – some my own, some passed down through generations, and some that have become firm family favourites. My grandmother kept a handwritten recipe book over 70 years ago, and it’s something I truly treasure.
I’ve decided to share a selection of these recipes here – the ones I love, the ones that always work, and the ones that bring back special memories.
These are simple, homemade bakes made with love – just as they were taught to me 💕
